PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset lever device which is simple in form and with a simplified structure having a readily stabilized of operation, and to provide an electronic timepiece equipped with this reset lever device. SOLUTION: Between a reset position H2 which makes hand operation inoperable by a rotation drive source 4, when a winding stem 20 is set a pull-out position P1 for a needle turning and a non-reset position H1, which enables hand operation possible by the rotation drive source 4, when the winding stem 20 is set a normal position P0, the reset lever device 8 of the electronic timepiece 1 is supported in a rotatable state, in the directions J1, J2 by a frame 10. When the winding stem 20 is pulled out of the normal position PO to the pull-out position P1, and has a reset lever body 60 which the inhibition of a displacement from the non-reset position to the reset position is canceled and has a reset lever bias spring part 56, extending to the direction which the other end side intersects perpendicular to the reset lever body so as to act deviation force to the reset lever body from the non-reset position to the reset position, supported by the frame with a base body part 51 in one end side, which is formed with the other body to the reset lever body.
