PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature-curing polyorganosiloxane composition having further improved flame retardance and improved adhesiveness, etc., to a slightly adhesive member such as rubber and an engineering plastic. SOLUTION: The room temperature-curing polyorganosiloxane composition comprises (A) a polyorganosiloxane composed of (A1) a silicon-functional polydiorganosiloxane and/or (A2) a silicon-functional polydiorganosiloxane and a cross-linking agent. The room temperature-curing polyorganosiloxane composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of the polyorganosiloxane, (B) 0.5-15 pts.wt. of a curing catalyst and (C) 1.0-100 pts.wt. of zinc carbonate having 30-35% weight loss by evolution of gaseous carbon dioxide and≥33% weight loss by heating, respectively.
