PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a bad influence on a player due to illuminating of a game board from the top of the front face of a game machine. SOLUTION: The illuminator 40 is provided at the top of the front face 26A of a glass frame 26 constituting the front face part of a pachinko machine 10, wherein a lens member 46 having a built-in LED 60 as an illumination light source provided at the illuminator 40 is rotatable. When the upper part of the board face of the game board 30 becomes dark due to the shadow of a base 42 provided at the illuminator 40, the player operates to rotate the lens member 46 of the illuminator 40 to change an illumination area with the illumination light of the illuminator 40 to lighten the upper part of the board face which has been made dark.
