PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick body for decoration and its manufacturing method which can be used as an accessory such as necklace, bracelet, and hair accessory and personal items such as handle of handbags, belts, and straps for camisoles and women's underwear, with twisted and turned desired multiple number of decoration strap made of granular ornament bodies such as gems, artificial gems, and beads attached and fixed onto it by granular hot-melt adhesive agents, can keep its shape in a stick-like, twisted and turned state, can vary the design, and improve its fanciness. SOLUTION: The stick body for decoration is composed of a large number of granular ornament bodies 2 selected from gems, artificial gems 2A, beads, noble metal balls, and metal balls, a connecting means 3 which arranges the granular ornament bodies in a plurality of lines and connects the lines with one another, and a decoration strap 1 which is made of a large number of granular hot-melt adhesive agents 4 provided on the back side of the connecting means which corresponds to the granular ornament bodies. The decoration strap 1 is attached and fixed by granular hot-melt adhesive agents on the outer periphery side in a twisted and turned state in a way that the granular ornament bodies 2 are exposed.
