The disclosure is directed to a method for heating a food item. The method includes placing a cooking sheet liner on a cooking sheet. The cooking sheet liner has a first major surface formed of silicone elastomer and has a second major surface formed of fluorinated polymer. The method also includes placing a food item on the cooking sheet liner, placing the cooking sheet, the cooking sheet liner, and the food item in an oven, and heating same. |
