<p>The invention discloses a method and device of producing as well as preserving and transporting for instant food. The method comprises: produce or pre-produce respectively the different ingredients and the combination of the ingredients of staple food, dish and the mixing of staple food and dish, then seal them in packages, so as to obtain a plurality of sealing packages of instant food; provide a transport preserve container provided with at least one of high temperature transport preserve chamber and low temperature transport preserve chamber, water is contained in the high temperature transport preserve chamber, wherein the temperature of water is controlled between 55°C-95°C, and water or brine is contained in the low temperature transport preserve chamber, wherein the temperature of water is controlled between 0.5°C-10°C, or the temperature of brine is controlled between -5°C-10°C; put the sealing packages of instant food being suitable to high temperature preservation into the high temperature transport preserve chamber and/or put the sealing packages of instant food being suitable to low temperature preservation into the low temperature transport preserve chamber; seal the transport preserve container, so as to preserve or transport the content in it. According to the invention, it can maintain the colour, smell, taste and appearance of the food, and prevent the food from deterioration.</p> |
