PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of efficiently accessing a storage medium by eliminating the occurrence of time delay due to a mishit in reading information and cache overflow in writing information when accessing the storage medium, accompanying operation by a cache memory. SOLUTION: When a command packet to write or read data in/from the storage medium 13 is received from a host device by using the cache memory 14, a data transfer control part 124 writes or reads the data in/from the storage medium 13 and the cache memory 14 on the basis of the command packet and a cache memory management table 121a.
