PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost and running cost of a laser oscillator. SOLUTION: In this working example, a laser tube 2 in an laser oscillator 1 is provided with multiple electrodes 4, each of which can be attached and detached by means of an electrode support means 21. In addition, this electrode support means is composed of a lid material 22, seal material 23 and stopper material 24 that hold the electrode. In the above lid material, a portion 22a having a larger diameter than a cylinder is formed in such a way that it covers the opening 2e of the cylinder 2c formed in the above laser tube, and is provided with a nut 24a for the above stopper material. In addition, the above seal material is compressed between this portion having a large diameter and a flange 24b provided to the stopper material. The flange is provided with a taper 24c formed toward the above portion having a large diameter, and the seal material is compressed in shrinkage direction via this taper, so that the electrode support means can be fixed at the cylinder.
