PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of simply recording an image in an intended coloring at a few numbers of times. SOLUTION: When a user operates a key entry section 28, a processing section 18 stores a red light emission correction amountδLr, a green light emission correction amountδLg, and a blue light emission correction amountδLg to a RAM 36 by just that much of the manipulated amount of the key entry section 28. The processing section 18 corrects an image on the basis of the sum of a light emission amount Lr and the red light emission correction amountδLr, the sum of a light emission amount Lg and the green light emission correction amountδLg, and the sum of a light emission amount Lb and the blue light emission correction amountδLb to display the corrected image on a display section 24 as a through-image. When a user operates a shutter button of the key entry section 28, light emitting diodes 40, 44, 48 respectively emit light by the sum of the light emitting amount Lr and the red light emission correction amountδLr, by the sum of the light emitting amount Lg and the green light emission correction amountδLg, and by the sum of the light emitting amount Lb and the blue light emission correction amountδLb, and the processing section 18 records the image imaged by the imaging element 10 to an image storage section 32.
