PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage box for a motorcycle capable of improving appearance around the storage box. SOLUTION: This storage box 14 is provided with a case 76 having an opening 178 and a lid 151 for covering the case 76. A rear part 161 of the case 76 is extended backward, and provided with an extension part 162 formed by extending the rear part 161 of the case 76 more. A cover 152 is provided outside the lid 151, and a front part 152a of the cover 152 is locked with the case 76, and the rear part 161 of the cover 152 is fitted to the extension part 162 of the case 76 freely to be locked. The opening 178 of the case is sealed double by providing the cover 152 outside the lid 151 provided in the storage box 14 to lock the storage box 14, and covering outside the lid 151 with the cover 152.
