摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for accelerating an electron flow to a desired speed by using a cathode easily broken by an electric field and by applying a high electric field. SOLUTION: A low electric field electron emitting part in which the cathode easily broken by the electric field is installed, and a high field electron flow accelerating part to accelerate the electron flow to a high speed by applying a high electric field are installed so as to have a positional relation from 90 degrees to 180 degrees. The low electric field electron emitting part is curvedly connected to the high electric field electron flow accelerating part by using several electromagnets so as not to exert influence of the electric field of the high field electron flow accelerating part on the low field electron emitting part installed in the cathode.
