CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF WOODEN BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a wooden building, which is constructed through easier connection work than ever at a lower cost. SOLUTION: The connection structure is constructed by supporting an end of a beam by a connection fitting attached to a column, installing a wedged guide piece in a wedge window hole formed in the connection fitting and a wedge through hole formed in the beam, and driving a driving wedge into the holes according to guide of the guide piece, to thereby connect the beam and the column to each other. According to the connection structure, the wedge guide piece (d1) has a wedge guide horizontal groove (14) formed in an inner surface thereof so as to be deeper toward a proximal end (12) and shallower toward a distal end (13), and also has a vertical groove (15) formed in an outer surface thereof so as to be fitted onto a hole edge of the wedge window hole (b') formed in the connection fitting (b). Then the driving wedge (d2) has a guide protrusion (18) formed on an inner surface thereof, for being fitted into the wedge guide horizontal groove (14). The driving wedge (d2) is higher toward a proximal end (16) and lower toward a distal end (17) in a manner being inclined at the same inclination as that of the wedge guide horizontal groove (14), and has a height higher than the depth of the wedge guide horizontal groove (14).
