发明名称 METHOD FOR ROTATIVELY BURYING PILE WITH CONCRETE SPIRAL PROTRUSION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for burying a prefabricated pile, which reduces sediment discharged during excavation and the burial of the pile, which enhances reliability of bearing capacity, and which can bring about high bearing capacity. SOLUTION: This method is used for rotatively burying the prefabricated concrete pile where at least one concrete spiral protrusion equivalent to revolutions almost from one revolution to several revolutions is provided on an outer periphery near the leading end of the pile, and which makes the diameter of the outer periphery of the concrete spiral protrusion as large as or larger than the maximum diameter of the outer periphery of the pile. In the method, the ground is excavated by concurrently using water, bentonite slurry, air, etc. according to need so that the diameter can be almost as large as or larger than the diameter of the outer periphery of the concrete spiral protrusion, and so that maximum torque imposed on the pile when the pile is rotatively buried can be in the range of 5-90%; after that, a curing body material is infilled into a section near the leading end of an excavated hole; and subsequently, the pile is rotatively buried in the excavated hole which is loosened by excavation, and anchored into the excavated hole.
