PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for holding an on-vehicle item, in which attaching/detaching work to a louver L is very easy, and a single kind of the clip is commonly usable to a plurality of kinds of louvers L of different widths to be installed without rattling. SOLUTION: A slide member 14 is slid lengthwise of a clip main body 12 to adjust/hold the interval between the slide member 14 and a hook part 20 (a louver inserting port Y) in desired length. By adjusting/holding the louver inserting port Y to be a little larger than the width of the louver Y, the clip 10 can be easily attached/detached to the louver L. After the clip 10 is installed on the louver L, the slide member 14 is slid toward the hook part 20, so that the slide member 14 and the hook part 20 work together to hold and fix the louver L.
