PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling material for a vehicle capable of extremely easily performing piping work or wiring work without using an adhesive member such as a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape. SOLUTION: The ceiling material 1 for the vehicle has a ceiling material body 2; and a duct 3 integrally arranged on the ceiling material body 2 and feeding temperature controlling air into a cabin. The duct 3 has a retaining hook 5 for retaining a pipe 61 or a wire 62. The retaining hook 5 can be continuously formed along a formation direction of the duct 3 by a retaining groove 51 formed by recessing a part of a duct side wall constituting the duct 3. Further, the retaining hook 5 can be arranged by aligning a plurality of retaining projections in a formation direction of the duct by the retaining projection projected/formed from the duct side wall constituting the duct 3.
