PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair with a table for which an outlet is attached taking the safety of a sitting person into consideration and a wiring cord can be inserted with sufficient space without interfering with the table. SOLUTION: The chair with the table is provided with a table device 10 having: a table housing box 10 provided with an opening 17 on an upper part, formed in a box shape, and attached to the rear surface of the backrest 5 of the chair 1; the table 11 housed inside the table housing box 10 and used by being pulled out through the opening 17 and rotated to the rear side to a horizontal using position; and the outlet 33 positioned below the upper end of the backrest and provided on the upper end face of the table housing box 10 or the back surface of the backrest above the upper end face.
