PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber cement composition capable of improve an adhesive property with a same or different kind of a rubber at an unvulcanized state or a state after vulcanized compared with a traditional one without giving a bad influence to a physical property or characteristics. SOLUTION: The rubber cement composition is made by blending a metal salt of a phenolic resin of 0.1-150 pts.mass made by reacting a phenolic resin and an inorganic metal compound in a range of 4:1 to 100:1 per a rubber component of 100 pts.mass. The inorganic metal compound is preferred that is a metal salt containing a metal selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Al, Fe, Cu, Zn, Sn, Ti, V and Mn.
