RESIN FOR COLOR FILTER, PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION AND COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a colored layer having satisfactory color purity and a black matrix having a satisfactory light blocking effect with good pattern accuracy, and to obtain a color filter in which a colored layer and a black matrix can be made fine.

SOLUTION: A colored layer and a black matrix are formed each using a resin composition containing a resin, part of which is dissociated and volatilized by heating, so that the weight of the resin is reduced to ≤80 wt.% of the weight before the heating, and the volume of the resin composition is reduced by heating to ≤85 vol.% of the volume before the heating to increase the colorant concentration.
