PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition which notably reduces unevenness in application and can be applied in a uniform film thickness, a thin film display unit including the photosensitive resin composition, and a method for manufacturing the thin film display unit.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition includes an alkali-soluble resin, a quinone diazide, a surfactant and a solvent, wherein the surfactant includes an organic fluorine compound, a predetermined first silicone compound and a predetermined second silicone compound. The thin film display unit including the photosensitive resin composition and the method for manufacturing the thin film display unit are also provided.
