<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing provided with a sealing device with small slide torque, capable of positively carrying out sealing even when a high pressure is acting on an outer part of the rolling bearing. <P>SOLUTION: An inner ring 12 of the rolling bearing 10 has a stepped part 12d comprised of a flange face 12b provided on an axial end part and formed facing an axial outward direction, and a cylindrical face 12c continuous from the flange face 12b. The sealing device 14 is provided with a seal base part 16c arranged adjacently facing the flange face 12b, and a seal lip 16d extended toward a radial center from the seal base part 16c and slidably contacting the cylindrical face 12d.
