PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new organic silicon compound and a polysiloxane which are useful as an electronic material, an optical material, a coating material, a sealing material, or a catalyst support and can be used as an additive for improving various physical properties of polymer materials such as flame retardance, heat resistance, weather resistance, light resistance, electrical insulation, surface characteristics, hardness, mechanical strength and chemical resistance. SOLUTION: The organic silicon compound is represented by formula (1) wherein each R<SP>1</SP>is a group independently selected from hydrogen, a 1-45C alkyl in which arbitrary hydrogen may be substituted by fluorine and arbitrary CH<SB>2</SB>may be substituted by O, CH=CH, a cycloalkylene or cycloalkenylene, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl and an arylalkyl composed of an alkylene in which arbitrary hydrogen may be substituted by fluorine and arbitrary CH<SB>2</SB>may be substituted by O, CH=CH or a cycloalkylene and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl.
