INTERIOR PANEL FOR VEHICLE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior panel for a vehicle with good appearance strongly fixed without causing wrinkle and breaking by excessive stretching of a skin sheet terminal end, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The interior panel 1 for the vehicle has a linear hinge part 7 for projecting a part of a back wall 3 toward a surface wall 2 and isolating a hollow part 4 integrally welded to a back surface of the surface wall 2. A parting line 8 is formed on a peripheral wall 5 for connecting the surface wall 2 and the back wall 3. The parting line 8 comprises an approximately linear part 8a and a part 8b proximity to a surface wall 2 side near the hinge part 7. A skin sheet 9 in which a non-woven fabric having mass per unit area of 250 g/m2or less is adhered to a resin sheet is pasted to the surface wall 2. The terminal end of the skin sheet 9 is fixed along the parting line formed on the peripheral wall 5. Solid pattern 10 appears on a surface of the resin sheet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
