<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a rendering effect of lighting by gradually changing the quantity of light and completely turned on and off after a specified time is passed when turning on and off operations are performed in a LED lighting apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: For example, an electric circuit in which a CPU storing a program for operational control is mounted and a light source are prepared, and the program is performed by operating a power supply button. When the power supply button is operated to turn on the LED illumination, it is lit while the quantity of light is gradually increased.
