PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regenerative control device of a lock-up clutch equipped vehicle, aiming at improved recovery efficiency of the regenerative braking energy while preventing an engine stall due to sudden increase in the engine load torque. SOLUTION: When regenerative generation is carried out at the maximum generation level in the state that the lock-up clutch is completely connected, the lock-up clutch is put into the state of complete release (S112) if the vehicle speed is lower than the speed for releasing the complete L/U state as a set value for the releasing speed (S110) which is equivalent to the threshold value, and the regenerative generation level is lowered (S116).
