PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an inkjet head without causing printing accuracy to decrease due to the inflow of an adhesive agent into nozzles and dislocation between the nozzles and channel forming holes communicating with the nozzles. SOLUTION: The inkjet head 101 is manufactured by joining a nozzle plate 9 and a manifold plate 7 by stacking and compressing them at a high temperature under a vacuum condition, forming the nozzles 10 in the nozzle plate 9 and forming a water repellent film 92 on the ink discharge face of the nozzle plate 9, stacking metal plates 3, 4 and 6 on the manifold plate 7 and joining them and joining an actuator unit 2 to the surface of a cavity plate 3.
