PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic element reducing a manufacturing cost by decreasing mandays while simplifying a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The magnetic element has: a core member 20; and a plurality of conductor patterns 30, which are mounted in the core member 20 and in which one end is formed in a first exposing section exposed to one external surface 21b of the core member 20 and the other end is formed in a second exposing section exposed to the other external surface 21d of the core member 20. The magnetic element also has: an external conductor 40 fitted on the external surfaces 21b and 21d of the core member 20 and electrically connected to the first exposing section; and a terminal electrode 50 electrically connected to the second exposing section and formed on the external surface of the core member 20. The core member 20 is formed by superposing a magnetic member, and the conductor pattern 30 is formed on a plane for the conductor placed on a specific magnetic member in the core member 20.
