PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask for surely arranging fine balls of different sizes to the predetermined positions of wafer and board or the like. SOLUTION: In the mask for arranging fine balls for shaking, the through-holes are formed for arranging fine balls in a plurality of kinds of different diameters into the predetermined pattern. Sizes of the through-holes are determined in accordance with the diameters of fine balls to be shaken, and upper surface of mask is determined to become almost equal to the height of the vertex of fine balls when these are shaken.
