PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently discharge heat generated in an organic EL panel by a simple structure in which working is applied on the sealing substrate itself while leaving the constitution of the organic EL panel as it is. SOLUTION: In the organic EL panel which is provided with a translucent substrate 10, an organic EL element 20 that includes an anode/cathode 21, an EL forming layer 22, and a cathode 23, and that is deployed at a prescribed arrangement on the rear face side of the translucent substrate 10, and a sealing substrate 24 which is coated to the rear face side of the translucent substrate 10 so as to cover the whole of the organic EL element 20, a heat discharging means 241 that includes a recessed part 241a and a protruded part 241b formed directly on the sealing substrate itself is installed at the outer face 24b of the sealing substrate 24.
