PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with a built-in flat cable housing a large number of connecting conductors and occupying a small mounting area. SOLUTION: The flat cable 3 housed in this electronic apparatus for connecting electric circuit parts has: two layers of connecting conductors 7a-7d and 8a-8d which are a plurality of foil-like conductor parts for electrically connecting different electric circuit boards 1, 2; an intermediate layer insulating film 5 disposed between the connecting conductors formed into the two layers while having flexibility; front and rear surface layer insulating films 4 and 5 disposed on the front and rear surfaces while having flexibility to cover the connecting conductors; and connecting end parts 7a2-7d2 and 8a2-8d2 exposed to the outside from the front and rear layer insulating films. The mounting area of the flat cable 3 is made small by disposing the connecting conductors in two layers (two or more layers in other cases), and this flat cable contributes to miniaturization of the electronic apparatus.
