The spray head has an inlet adapter (1), a swivel ball adapter (2), a bell guard (3), a spray unit (4) and an outlet plate (5). The inlet adapter is connected at the top to the inlet pipe and covers the upper section of the bell guard which has a hollow housing running down to hold an inner ring (7) with ring groove (71). The swivel ball adapter has an installation segment (21) fitted on the top and installed in the guard and inner ring from bottom to top so that the installation segment runs through the bore (33) to connect with the inlet adapter. The ball head (2) matches the ring groove and O-rings (6) seal the contact faces between the ball head and ring groove. The spray unit (4) is fitted into the hollow inside the housing and the outlet plate covers the opening of the bell guard.
