The adaptor (7, 37) connects an electronic documentation appts. (12a, 12b) to a stereoscopic endoscope (10, 100). The adaptor has a releasable connection to the endoscope where the stereo beam paths are not fully separated. The documentation unit includes two CCD cameras. The adaptor has an aperture (19) with two sections (20a, 20b) which separate the stereo beam paths. The CCD cameras are held so that they can be adjusted in the stereo beam path direction and also in the transversal direction. A xenon lamp can be used as a light source. |
