A method in dentistry to improve and simplify the making of fillings and core-buildups with dental composite. A prefabricated cylindric construction with a centric hole, made of dental composite is put together with light cured composite to be incorporated in the filling/core. Composite shrink when it's beeing cured. The shrinkages will be reduced when used together with allready hardened composite. The construction, and therefore the filling, is also reinforced with a net of glassfibre. |
