<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy information management device prompting consciousness improvement to energy saving to allow continuation of effective energy-saving activity by collecting an energy consumption amount in each facility, calculating information necessary for energy saving management, and making an energy consumer of each facility compare and display analysis information in each facility to allow visual viewing. <P>SOLUTION: An information management server 7 connected with a Web controller 4 capable of acquiring the energy consumption amount from devices (1-3) measuring data related to energy of a facility group 5 via a network 6 is provided with: an energy information processing means 8 calculating the energy consumption amount on the basis of a preset calculation definition file 9a, and storing it in an energy database 9; and an energy information management means 10 editing the data on the basis of a preset output definition file 9b.
