<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent insufficient lubrication of a meshing face by returning grease having left the meshing face onto the meshing face again irrespective of a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: Grease return flow passages 30, 31 for returning grease pushed out into the axial direction of a worm wheel 12 due to meshing of a worm 11 and the worm wheel 12 onto the meshing face again are formed on an inner face of an upper part of a backward side housing 13 and an inner face of an upper part of a forward side housing (cover) 14. For example, as for depth of the grease return flow passages 30, 31, depth of a meshing central point is the largest, and depth is gradually reduced when spreading into the circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
