<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer capable of supplying exact output voltage by compensating the threshold voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The buffer comprises a first capacitor C1 supplied with a gradation voltage from the outside; a first inverter 127a to be connected to the first capacitor C1; a second inverter 127b to be connected to the first inverter 127a; a second capacitor C2 to be installed between the first inverter 127a and the second inverter 127b, a third capacitor C3 to be connected to the second inverter 127b, and a first transistor M1 to be connected to the third capacitor C3 and controlling the current flowing to a data line from a first power source VVDD so as to supply gradation voltage to the data line, in correspondence with the voltage supplied from the third capacitor C3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
