PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pick-up device equipped with colored micro lenses that reduces F value dependence of spectral sensitivity, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.

SOLUTION: The solid-state image pick-up device comprises a plurality of arrayed pixels having photoelectric conversion elements 1 that are formed on a semiconductor substrate, and color filter layers that are formed on the photoelectric conversion elements. The micro lenses 5 and color filters 3 are integrated. The color filters are disposed on the bottom part of the micro lenses, or the micro lenses are covered by the color filters.
