<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for a disease relating to poor conditions of a chemokine CCR5 receptor. <P>SOLUTION: A tropane derivative represented by formula (1):(wherein, one of X and Y indicates CH<SB>2</SB>and the other indicates NR<SB>4</SB>; R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>indicate independently R<SP>5</SP>, COR<SP>5</SP>, CO<SB>2</SB>R<SP>5</SP>and the like; R<SP>3</SP>indicates an 1-4C alkyl group substituted by 0-3 fluorine atoms; and R<SP>5</SP>indicates a 1-6C alkyl, a 2-6C alkenyl and the like) is useful for a remedy for HIV, hereditary retrovirus infection and inflammatory disease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
