<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant-monitoring man-machine device capable of processing an event on a reception side according to a transmission order even if disposing a plant monitoring part and a remote terminal in remote places via a WAN. <P>SOLUTION: This plant-monitoring man-machine device has: the plant monitoring part 701 monitoring a plant 9; and the remote terminal 711 connected to the plant monitoring part 701 via the WAN 700, controlling the plant 9. An event remote communication transmission means 61 adds an ID and transmission time information to the transmitted event, and an event remote communication reception means 62 adds reception time information to the received event.
