PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shade device capable of covering the whole area of a non-rectangular vehicle window without generating slackening or the like on a sheet. SOLUTION: The shade device S is provided with a blind sheet 21 for covering an opening 2a surrounded by a window frame 3 of the vehicle; and a roll shade part 22 arranged so as to be curved along the window frame 3 and winding the blind sheet 21. The blind sheet 21 has expansion/contraction property and the roll shade part 22 is provided with a rotation rod 22c mounted with a base end of the blind sheet 21; and a center shaft 22a for rotatably supporting the rotation rod 22c.
