PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such that since, in a seedling tank for delivering by loading rectangular mat seedlings, the belt surface of the delivering belt is formed at an almost same level with the surface of the tank, on delivering the rolled seedlings formed as a rolled form by loading them, the bottom surface of the seedlings can not be sufficiently overlapped with the belt surface to make it difficult to perform its delivery action accurately by the slip of the rolled seedlings against the delivery belt. SOLUTION: This seedling transplanter installed with a seedling delivery belt 4 for receiving the roll-formed mat seedlings 3 installed as hanging in upward direction of the tank surface 2 of the seedling tank 1 is provided by constituting the rolled seedling delivery tank by forming the rotation diameter of a belt pulley 5 for winding the upper side of the seedling delivery belt 4 as larger diameter than the rotation diameter D2 of a belt pulley 6 for winding the lower side of the belt and protruding to the upper side of the tank surface 2.
