An optical connector includes a main body and a ferrule. The main body includes an insertion hole having a first inner diameter and formed in an end portion thereof in a lengthwise direction, a coupling hole having a second inner diameter greater than the first inner diameter and coaxially formed with the insertion hole in the other end portion thereof in the lengthwise direction to be connected to the insertion hole, and a first threaded portion in which a thread is formed in a cir¬ cumferential direction in at least a partial area of an inner circumferential wall forming the coupling hole. The ferrule is inserted in the insertion hole and has an optical fiber for transceiving an optical signal that is built therein.
