The light emitting layer (24) is a low-molecular light emitting layer provided by forming a film by the wet process by using the low-molecular light emitting material, and the hole injection/transport layer (22) is a polymer hole injection/transport layer provided by forming a film by a wet process by using a polymer material.</p>
