<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bag manufacturing history confirmation device capable of visually confirming a manufacturing state of a faulty plastic bag when the faulty plastic bag with a holes or a damage is produced, based on a manufacturing history number indicated on the faulty plastic bag. <P>SOLUTION: In the middle of a manufacturing line L of the plastic bag, a printing part 3 is prepared which prints the manufacturing history number A indicating at least manufacturing date(date of the year of manufacturing and manufacturing time) on each plastic bag. On one or a plurality of positions in the middle of the manufacturing line of the plastic bag, cameras K are disposed for imaging the manufacturing state.
