<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio device capable of quickly and surely report that a person is in danger when involved in a crime, an accident or a disaster, to his or her family or acquaintances, officials in police, a security company, and fire department or organizations concerned with a simple operation, an emergency report device and an emergency report system thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A portable radio device 10 is provided with an emergency button operable by a user. When the button is operated, emergency report data is generated by adding identification data to each data of date, position, and image obtained at that time. The emergency report data is wirelessly transmitted to an emergency report device 70 along with the emergency report signal.
