PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly functional image signal processing apparatus, including flexible and concentrated data path hardware to merge data paths for simplifying the function blocks in the apparatus and reducing the number of the data paths. SOLUTION: The image signal processing apparatus includes data path portion for processing a raw image signal and merging and concentrating with non-linear filtering portion, color space transformation portion, geometry transforming portion, linear filtering portion and gain adjustment portion; and control and decision portion for receiving the raw image signal and a processed signal from the data path portion and generating a plurality of adjustment signals for the non-linear filtering portion, color space transforming portion, geometry transformation portion, linear filtering portion and gain adjustment portion of the data path portion.
