PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield structure for shielding electromagnetic waves between first and second substrates in which the number of production steps is decreased and request for reusing the resources can be met. SOLUTION: The shield structure comprises a main substrate 1, an H-type holder 3 having H-shaped cross-section and being fixed to the upper surface of the main substrate 1, a sub-substrate 2 contained in the H-type holder 3, and a box type sheet metal 4 located above the H-type holder 3 and the sub-substrate 2. The H-type holder 3 is made of a moldable material such as synthetic resin, and it is fixed to the main substrate 1 and contains the sub-substrate 2 thus securing the sub-substrate 2 to the main substrate 1.
