PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent whisker suppressing action without impairing solderability in a plated coating applied to a conductive terminal 3a. SOLUTION: This electric connector is so structured that, by forming plated coatings by tin alloys (Sn-X) having composition ratios different from one another in a plurality of different parts of the conductive terminal 3a electrically connected to a mating electric component, solderability is improved and a whisker suppressing action is properly provided in each of the plurality of different parts of the conductive terminal 3a, and that required characteristics are arbitrarily selectively provided.
