PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electronic device where a transparent conductive film employing conductive polymer has high conductivity and light transmission and the cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a film forming process for forming the transparent conductive film 23 containing conductive polymer, and an ultraviolet radiation process for setting an irradiation part as a second region 22 and a non-irradiation part as a first region 21 by radiating ultraviolet rays 4 to a part of the transparent conductive film 23. In the ultraviolet radiation process, the ultraviolet rays 4 include wavelength indicating absorption where absorbance in an absorption spectrum of the conductive polymer becomes twice or more as high as that of the background.
