DISK UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk unit which can reduce the ripple of a disk which is generated by an air flow accompaned by the rotation of the disk. SOLUTION: A disk unit is provided with; a rotating magnetic disk 101; a base 102 to house the magnetic disk 101; a top cover 107 which seals the disk 101 in the base 102 and forms an enclosure; a circulation filter 120 which is arranged outside the magnetic disk 101 and catches dust in the enclosure; and an air flow guide 131 which leads an air flow flowed out of the circulation filter 120 to a center side from the outer periphery 101a of the magnetic disk 101. Further, the disk unit is provided with a shielding section 133 which is arranged in the vicinity of the outer periphery 101a of the magnetic disk 101 and shields the air flow flowing out in the vicinity of the outer periphery 101a.
