PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple crime prevention device for accurately responding to a visitor in real time when a user is absent. SOLUTION: An information portable terminal 3 to be carried by the user of a building when the user goes out is configured as a portable telephone which can be connected to the Internet for receiving the distribution of a moving image, and this information portable terminal 3 can be connected through the Internet to a controller 7. The controller 7 is provided with a transfer switch for switching mutual speech destination with an outside intercom 5, and when the transfer switch is turned on, the moving image of an image pickup device is distributed through the Internet to the information portable terminal 3. When the user of the building is present, the user is able to respond to a visitor by the receiver of an internal intercom 6 while viewing a moving image displayed at a display device.
